Self Referral

Most referrals to other specialists will require you seeing or speaking with a GP. However, there are a number of local services, listed below, that you are able to make self referrals to.

Antenatal care – UCLH

"Women can refer themselves to our service by completing a self-referral form (visit site for form). Your completed referral form can be posted, emailed or faxed to us using the details below. We aim to contact all women within a week. If you do not hear from us within this time please call us on 020 3447 9400."

Antenatal Care – Royal Free

"Once you decide that you would like to have your baby with us we will arrange your first appointment with a midwife and together you will start planning your antenatal care. This appointment is known as your booking appointment and will usually take place before you are 13 weeks pregnant. At your appointment you will be given the contact details of your named midwife who will have overall responsibility for co-ordinating your pregnancy care and supporting your choices."
